Type 2 Diabetes is a growing concern. Globally, 1 in 9 adults lives with Type 2 Diabetes and around 4 out of 10 don't even know it yet. We know that Type 2 diabetes is a serious, chronic condition, but we also know it's largely preventable.
My mission in creating this course is to empower you to build lasting habits to cultivate a healthier you and prevent or delay the onset of Type 2 Diabetes, regardless of your level of risk.
